Welcome to 2024!

Welcome to 2024! Can you believe it’s another New Year already. We are back to work today and ready to get creative once again!

Firstly, please be patient with our team as over the Christmas Break we said goodbye to our Retail Assistant and All-Rounder; Jo and her son, as they began their new ventures in Tasmania. We are however, extremely fortunate to have already welcomed Anna to our retail team – however as she is still very new she is still learning the ropes! We will be working tirelessly over the next few days whilst training, to get everything packed and shipped as quickly as possible. But we are only human, and can only do so much. We anticipate to have all orders processed within 4-5 business days and tracking will become available once the order has been fulfilled.

What can you expect from us this year?

Well, in case you missed it – we will be down sizing on workshops this year, as we will be spending more time on our E-Books and Online Tutorial courses (coming soon!). It isn’t all bad news, we will still be running the occasional classes here and there and are always available for private workshop functions. With this, also means an expansion of our Retail Store. You can now find the widest selection of products on our shelves and increased stock levels, so we won’t be needing to re-stock items so frequently.
Along with the retail expansion, we have upgraded our In-Store checkout process and are now using Square! We started trialing it in late December (so thank you for your patience to anyone that came in while we were testing the system). We are still learning it, so please do be patient with our team. However, with the introduction of Square we will also be looking to implement an in-store loyalty program. So stay tuned for that!

As always we will be on the hunt for new products, to make sure you have access to the best art supplies so you can spend more time unleashing the (resin) artist within. We may or may not also be introducing a new range of Epoxy systems that we have been developing over a number of years. We love supporting other local Australian businesses and suppliers, so if there are products from suppliers that you would love us to stock, then please reach out to us. If we have enough interest in particular products, we will gladly work alongside businesses to make them available in our shop; both online and in store.
