The full team at U RESIN are now on Christmas Holidays!    CLOSED: 22nd December 2022                                  REOPEN: 11th January 2023

Our website will remain open and available to place orders, book workshops or purchase gift vouchers. Any online, email or stockist orders will only be processed upon our return to our factory on the 11th January 2023. This includes either click and collect or shipping. No orders will be available to collect during our holiday break.

Our team will only return to the shop and factory from the 11th of January 2023. From the 11th of Jan we will be making resin batches, replenishing shelf stock and packing all orders placed throughout the holidays. We anticipate to have all outstanding holiday orders processed within 3 business days of returning from break. All orders will be packed by the order Number in which it is received to ensure complete fairness to all customers.
Any orders with outstanding payment balances will only be processed once payment has been received. Any orders placed by email will also be provided an invoice for payment. Any click and collect orders placed during the holidays will be emailed once ready to collect from the 11th of January 2023.

Workshop tickets can still be booked and will be confirmed upon our return to our factory in the new year. Follow up reminder emails will also be sent closer to the date of the workshop.

Gift Vouchers will be available on our website. We will continue to send E-Vouchers throughout the holidays. However please expect some delays in the sending of vouchers, as emails will not be checked as frequently as usual. Vouchers will be validated from the day we process and send them.

Any email or social media message enquiries will continue to responded too throughout the holiday break. However as emails and socials will not be checked as frequently, please do expect delays in replies. Any email or message enquiries not replied to during the holiday break will be responded too upon our return to work in January 2023.

With your Full Name, delivery address, order number and enquiry for us to easily follow up and assist where we can. Please note: if there are transit delays experienced, there is unfortunately nothing we can do unless a courier declares a parcel damaged or lost in transit.

We will continue to lodge enquiries should your order be undelivered after the Estimated delivery date. Should any orders be damaged upon receiving or lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos for us to follow up and provide updates. If any orders are redelivered to us due to unavailability or incorrect addresses provided we will contact you once we have confirmation. Any orders returned to us will incur a redelivery fee and will only be re-processed upon our return from the Christmas break in January 2023.
