U COAT Sealer is a single pack, water based coating for a range of porous surfaces. U Coat Sealer is designed to be applied with a brush or roller. It is a fast drying coat in ambient room temperature and is suitable for surface use after 8 hours after application. U Coat Sealer is NOT for art.

U Coat Sealer has been designed and is ideal to be applied onto a wide variety of porous substrates including; concrete, wood, masonry, slate (unpolished), terracotta tiles and pavers. U Coat Sealer is for internal use only. U Coat Sealer is easy to apply, and therefore incorporated into regular cleaning regimes and used as a maintenance product.
To prepare for application, Shake the container well for at least 2-3 minutes, then decant into application trough. Under normal conditions, U Coat Sealer can be recoated with another coat of the wood coating after 2 to 2.5 hours and before 48 hours. In the application scenario of re-coating after 24 hours, buff with a 150 grit sand- paper or similar then re-coat.
