Christmas Trading Hours 2023

Can you believe we are only a few months away from Christmas 2023, already? Where has this year gone! With Christmas now fast approaching, it’s time for us to get organised and let you know some important information and our Christmas Trading Hours for 2023.

TRADING HOURS: From October 1st 2023, we will be re-opening our Retail Store every Saturday until our Christmas Holidays in December. Our Retail Store will be open on Saturday’s between 9:00am – 12:00pm.

Updated Christmas Trading Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9:30am – 3:00pm
Friday: Closed
Saturday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Sunday: Closed

This will give our Perth or visiting Customers the opportunity to shop our full range over the weekend, if you aren’t able to make our regular store trading hours. This is a great chance to stock up on your favourite resin or Jesmonite supplies or buy some loved ones a few early Christmas pressies!

Our final Saturday open will be 16th December 2023. Then after our Christmas Holidays, we will return to our regular trading hours.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS: We don’t take holiday’s during the year as a family, to avoid having to close our retail store and online trading. That means, Christmas time is the only chance for us to all spend some quality, relaxing time together as a family.

With that being said, we will be CLOSED: Thursday 21st December 2023 and RE-OPEN: Monday 15th January 2024.

Our final trading day for this year will be Thursday 21st December 2023. All orders will need to be placed prior to the 20th of December to ensure they are packed and processed before we close for the Christmas break.

Whilst Closed, NO online or email orders will be packed or shipped, orders will not be available to pick up and our retail store will not be open for visits or purchases.

Like every Christmas break, we will continue to respond to email or message enquiries. However our social media and emails will not be monitored daily. So responses will be limited during our break. All calls will be returned upon return from our break and orders will begin being packed from the 16th of January 2024.

ORDERING: To avoid disappointment, we ask you to plan ahead as best as possible! Order early to make sure you are able to pick up your order from our store or to allow for the increased shipping timeframes due to higher volumes. We will update everyone with specific ordering deadlines once couriers have estimated their increased volume delays. All couriers will estimate dates to ensure delivery prior to Christmas. To ensure you receive any deliveries prior to Christmas, it will be extremely important to order prior to the cut-off dates.

Our team will be working tirelessly until our final day to ensure everything is packed and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible! Please remember to be kind and patient to our team during the crazy Christmas Season! A little bit of kindness can go a really long way! Rudeness, swearing or otherwise will simply not be tolerated. We are only human after all, and in many cases, there is only so much our team can do!

We hope everyone is able to take some time off over the Christmas season to spend time with loved ones as well as having time to unleash the artist within. We look forward to packing and shipping the many wonderful products we have until the lead up to Christmas!
