Christmas Delivery Times 2022
This year we will be CLOSED from the 21st of December 2022 and will REOPEN on the 11th of January 2023.
We are less than 10 weeks away from Christmas which means our annual Christmas Closures are fast approaching. Over Christmas & the New Year we take some time to rest and spend time with our loved ones before getting ready for another big and very creative year! This is the only time of year we ever close the shop.
To ensure all orders are shipped accordingly, we ask you to please have orders placed no later than the 19th of December 2022, to give us time to pack the orders and have them collected by the courier companies. Any orders placed after this and between the dates of our return to the factory, will only be only be packed and processed upon our return from the 11th of January 2023.
Australia Post have just announced, to have the best chance of delivery BEFORE Christmas 2022, parcels need to be processed and booked before the following:

Because of COVID, recent floods (QLD, NSW & VIC), and increased Christmas Season demand there are already significant delays in the delivery of parcels. This being said, it is important to get orders in as early as possible to ensure it can be delivered in an appropriate time. Unfortunately all Estimated Times of Arrivals are extended and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend allowing an additional 3-5 BUSINESS days on top of the Estimated times of Arrivals during this time. Delivery times are unfortunately, entirely out of our control. We will do our best to assist should there be any further delivery issues occurring, however we will be extremely limited with what we can do.
Please be patient and considerate of our staff members during this time as there are limited things we can do when investigating deliveries and delivery times. (Kindness will go a long way!)
This being said, it is still not guaranteed that all deliveries will be delivered prior to Christmas.
Other courier services are yet to provide their estimated delivery times for the Christmas Period, however we expect they will be similar to the processing times of Australia Post given that volumes of parcels have already begun increasing.
To best ensure fast processing of orders, please provide your correct Name/ Business Name, Shipping Address, Phone Number & Email Address when placing your orders online. This will help us book your parcels faster and avoid any delays of following up information or the possibility of parcel returns when wrong information has been provided.
Should you wish your order to be posted via an Express option, we can provide you a shipping quote, however even with express items, the parcels are still not guaranteed to arrive early/ on time during this time. This is a risk you must be willing to take should you choose to go with an Express Shipping option.
