Christmas Delivery Times 2021
This year we will be CLOSED from the 22nd of December 2021 and will REOPEN on the 12th of January 2022.
We are only 8 weeks away from Christmas which means our annual Christmas Closures are fast approaching. Over Christmas & the New Year we take some time to rest and spend time with our loved ones before getting ready for another big and very creative year!
To ensure all orders are shipped, we ask you to please have orders placed by the 20th of December, to give us time to pack the orders and have them collected by the couriers. Any orders placed after this and between the dates of our return to the factory, will only be only be packed and processed upon our return from the 12th of January 2022.
Because of COVID, recent lockdowns, and courier strikes there is a significant delay in the delivery of parcels on top of it being the busiest time of year for parcel deliveries. This being said, it is important to get orders in as early as possible to ensure it can be delivered in an appropriate time. Unfortunately all Estimated Times of Arrivals are extended and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times are unfortunately, entirely out of our control, however we will do our best to assist should there be any delivery issues occurring. Please be patient and considerate of our staff members during this time as there are limited things we can do when investigating deliveries.
Australia Post have just announced, to have the best chance of delivery BEFORE Christmas 2021, parcels need to be booked and processed before the following:
- Anywhere in Australia (except WA and NT): Send by Monday 13 December for Parcel Post or Monday 20 December for Express Post.
- WA and NT: Send by Wednesday 8 December for Parcel Post or Wednesday 15 December for Express Post.

This being said, it is still not guaranteed that deliveries will be delivered prior to Christmas.
Once our other couriers have provided estimated shipping times, we will update you all to give you the most accurate and up to date information on the upcoming shipping times.
