Christmas Delivery Cutoffs 2024
Can you believe it’s nearly that time of year again! Much like every year, we like to plan ahead and let you know everything you need to know for the holiday season nice and early so you can plan ahead and avoid delays.
We currently use 2 main shipping couriers for the bulk of our parcels; Aramex and Australia Post. Since Australia Post have already announced their Christmas parcel lodgements, we are here to share those dates so you can get ahead of the rush to avoid disappointment. Below is the listed dates necessary to have orders arrive BEFORE Christmas 2024:
For Domestic/ East Coast Orders:
– Order cutoff date: 15th December 2024
– Standard Shipping cutoff date: 17th December 2024
– Express Shipping cutoff date: 19th December 2024
For Western Australia Orders:
– Order cutoff date: 17th December
– Standard Shipping cutoff date: 19th December 2024
– Express Shipping cutoff date: 19th December 2024
For International Stockists:
– Order cutoff date: 01 December 2024
– Shipping cutoff date: 03 December 2024
Please Note: Although these dates have been provided directly from the courier companies, please only use this as a guide only. These dates do not guarantee the arrival of any orders prior to Christmas if you are needing orders to arrive before then. We highly recommend ordering well in advance to avoid any disappointment or delay.
How to avoid transit delays?
Once a parcel has been packed and you have received tracking via email, this means your order is now on its way to you! Once an order has left our warehouses there is very little we can do to further speed up or locate your parcel until it has arrived to you.
To avoid any transit delays or lost parcels please ensure the following:
– You provide us the correct shipping address. (If it is a business, please include the business name)
– If you have made a mistake, email us immediately: info@uresin.com.au to correct the mistake.
– If you feel that you may not be home, please have it directed to an address you will be present OR give ‘Authority to Leave’.
– If the parcels seems ‘lost’, PLEASE contact US FIRST!
This last point is extremely important to avoid significant delays. If the parcel has exceeded the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) or the parcel tracking does not appear to be changing for some time, please contact our team by email FIRST. When you contact the couriers first, this often causes further delays and when we then get contacted and involved this becomes messy and will often stop parcels from progressing. Allow an additional 3-5 business days for the parcel to arrive past the ETA. If the parcel has still not been received at this point, please email our team and we will lodge an urgent enquiry on your behalf.
General Order Cutoffs –
This year we will be CLOSED from the 20th of December 2024 until the 13th of January 2025. We will continue shipping all orders until the 19th of December 2024. This means parcels will still be arriving even after the Christmas public holidays. However, any orders placed after the 19th of December will NOT be shipped until we return in Mid-January 2025.
