Christmas Trading Hours 2026

October is here already which only means one thing for us – It’s time to prepare for the Christmas rush! In this blog post we are sharing some of the important information you will need to know before we close for our annual holidays in 2026. As you know, this year is going to be quite a bit different for our family, so lets get started.

TRADING HOURS:
This year there will unfortunately be no extended Christmas Trading Hours. This is something we try to do each year to allow more customers the opportunity to shop with us, but being a small family business with family commitments and a new family member on her way, we are unable to extend our trading hours this year. This means our trading hours will continue being:

Regular Trading Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9:30am – 3:00pm
Friday: Closed
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

If you aren’t able to visit us during our regular hours please send us a text at: 0437 054 548 with your desired visit time and we will do our best to extend our trading or open if someone from our team is available. Please however note, there will be NO opportunity to visit our store on Saturday’s or Sunday’s. *Whilst saying this, with the arrival of a baby in November, there may be a high possibility that we won’t be able to extend the hours. 

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS:
To make sure you are able to get your favourite resin supplies from us all year round, we don’t close the doors throughout the year! So when it comes to Christmas, this is our only opportunity we get to close the shop and warehouse and spend some quality time together. Not to mention, this year will be the biggest and most special for our family.

With that being said, we will be CLOSED: Friday 18th December 2026 and RE-OPEN: Monday 11th January 2027.

Our final trading day for this year will be Thursday 17th December 2026. All orders will need to be placed prior to the 15th of December 2026, to ensure they are packed and processed before we close for our Christmas break.

Whilst CLOSED, NO online or email orders will be packed or shipped, orders will not be available to pick up and our retail store will not be open for visits or purchases.

Our social media pages, phone and emails will not be monitored daily, no responses will be extremely limited during our Christmas break. All calls and texts will be followed up when we return from our break and online orders will begin being packed from the 12th of January 2027.

ORDERING: To avoid disappointment, we ask you to plan ahead!
Order early to make sure you are able to pick up your order from our store or to allow for the increased shipping timeframes due to higher volumes. We will update everyone with specific ordering deadlines once couriers have estimated their increased volume delays. All couriers will estimate dates to ensure delivery prior to Christmas. To ensure you receive any deliveries prior to Christmas, it will be extremely important to order prior to the cut-off dates.

Our team will be working tirelessly until our final day to ensure everything is packed and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible!

Please remember to be kind and patient to our team during the crazy Christmas Season! A little bit of kindness can go a really long way! Rudeness, swearing or otherwise will simply not be tolerated. We are only human after all, and in many cases, there is only so much our team can do!

We hope everyone is able to take some time off over the Christmas season to spend time with loved ones as well as having time to unleash the artist within. We look forward to packing and shipping the many wonderful products we have until the lead up to Christmas!
