Christmas Trading Hours 2024

Well Christmas this year has really snuck up on us… So what does that mean? It means it’s time for us to prepare for the Christmas rush! In this blog post we are sharing some of the important information you will need to know before we close for our annual holidays in 2024.

TRADING HOURS: From October 1st 2024, we will be extending our Retail Store Hours until our Christmas Holidays in December.

Updated Christmas Trading Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

This will hopefully give our Perth (or visiting) customers the opportunity to shop our full range of products if you aren’t able to make our regular store hours. This will be a great opportunity to stock up on your favourite resin or Jesmonite supplies or buy your loved ones a few early Christmas Art Supplies!

These extended hours will apply until our final day in 2024. Once we return from our Christmas Holidays, our original hours will commence.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS: We don’t take holiday’s during the year as a family, so we can ensure you are able to get your favourite resin supplies all year round! But we all need a break, every now and then, so Christmas is our only opportunity to spend some quality time together.

With that being said, we will be CLOSED: Friday 20th December 2024 and RE-OPEN: Monday 13th January 2025.

Our final trading day for this year will be Thursday 19th December 2024. All orders will need to be placed prior to the 18th of December to ensure they are packed and processed before we close for our Christmas break.

Whilst CLOSED, NO online or email orders will be packed or shipped, orders will not be available to pick up and our retail store will not be open for visits or purchases.

Much like every Christmas break, we will continue to respond to email or message enquiries. However our social media and emails will not be monitored daily. So responses will be limited during our break. All calls will be returned upon return from our break and orders will begin being packed from the 15th of January 2025.

ORDERING: To avoid disappointment, we ask you to plan ahead as best as possible! Order early to make sure you are able to pick up your order from our store or to allow for the increased shipping timeframes due to higher volumes. We will update everyone with specific ordering deadlines once couriers have estimated their increased volume delays. All couriers will estimate dates to ensure delivery prior to Christmas. To ensure you receive any deliveries prior to Christmas, it will be extremely important to order prior to the cut-off dates.

Our team will be working tirelessly until our final day to ensure everything is packed and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible! Please remember to be kind and patient to our team during the crazy Christmas Season! A little bit of kindness can go a really long way! Rudeness, swearing or otherwise will simply not be tolerated. We are only human after all, and in many cases, there is only so much our team can do!

We hope everyone is able to take some time off over the Christmas season to spend time with loved ones as well as having time to unleash the artist within. We look forward to packing and shipping the many wonderful products we have until the lead up to Christmas!
